The staff were very helpful and the location was lovely as was the breakfast which was included. The Inn itself was quite dated but very clean and quaint. It was also a bit expensive for what it was but definitely the best value in the area which is expensive as a whole.

We were on a two-week holiday in Scotland, and Cairndow Stagecoach Inn was our favorite hotel. The rooms had breathtaking views of the Loch and mountains. The lounge with its cozy fireplace and quirky antler lampshades was a great spot to relax. The restaurant served delicious food, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The whisky bar had a fantastic selection, and breakfast was top-notch. We can't wait to go back for a longer stay!
Can recommend this hotel.

Dinner was excellent.
Bathroom floor extremely slippy and is dangerous and something must be done about this. I did forget to tell the staff before my departure. The location of this pub is good but having visited Rothesay prior to Cairndow Rothesay was cheaper, better room, facilities and breakfast.

This is an old inn so it is steeped in history - and retains much of its original charm. The owners are very efficient and friendly, and we really enjoyed the company of people from thereabouts in the bar.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with a glorious view overlooking the water. the hotel itself has a charming old-fashioned feel, with cozy corners to tuck yourself away in. the staff are exceptional, with cheerful and helpful service. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large beds, clean sheets, and a sea view. the bathroom features a massive jacuzzi bath with plenty of hot water. the hotel has a lovely garden on the water's edge, perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the view.
The sound insulation between rooms is poor, making it possible to hear noise from neighboring rooms.

We found the Stagecoach Inn really comfortable and welcoming. The staff were delightful, the food excellent and we felt so cared for and at home. Sure the basic rooms are basic, but they are clean and totally fit for purpose. During our stay we needed a little clothes washing and this was done efficiently, and my wife inadvertently left a pair of earings in the bedroom when we left. Needless to say, the hotel sent them home and they were waiting when we returned. And no request for payment! A lovely experience.

Our family had a wonderful time at the Stagecoach Inn. The Gruffalo trail kept our kids entertained and they absolutely loved it. The majority of the staff were friendly and welcoming, especially towards our dogs and grandchildren. They even helped us when we forgot our jackets. The breakfast and evening meals were delicious and the service was great. The location was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay.
